Catering
Like any event, one of the first things people recall is the food. Whether your event is big or small, guests will need to be fed – if the event is more than five hours in duration you may want to consider feeding them more than once!
We can provide the right catering to suit you, whether it’s a formal silver-service buffet, snacks or even just burger vans and ice cream. If the event is themed, so too can be the catering. If there are a high proportion of children, or a particular dietary requirement, we are very happy to assist in addressing these issues. Beverage consumption must be considered too, whether providing just soft drinks or a full open bar.
Branding
To increase the festival atmosphere and enhance your company name, why not dress your guests and the site in company colours and logo. This can be achieved by simply decking out the site in company-branded balloons, banners and bunting, or carrying that through to giveaways such as branded badges, baseball caps, gifts and prizes.
Participation Activities
In addition to passive entertainment, you will want to actively entertain your guests! This can take many formats from organised group challenges – such as “It’s A Knockout!”, Human Table Football or Tug ‘o War – to individual ‘come & have a go’ activities such as Inflatable Sumo Wrestling, Surf Simulator , Laser Clay Shooting or even Welly Wanging! Family activities such as Pot Throwing, “Gardener’s Corner” or even flights in a tethered hot air balloon are a great investment, as are some indoor activities in case of inclement weather!
Displays & Demonstrations
Arena displays are real crowd-pleasers and can range from falconry to dog handling or from marching bands to clown cars. How about a “big finish” involving jousting, parachute displays or a giant car-crushing monster truck?
